The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Professional Regulatory Board of Nursing announced today, May 19, 2014 the cancellation of Tacloban City as testing center for the May 25-26, 2014 nursing board exam known as nurse licensure exam (NLE).
PRC Tacloban Regional Office initially requested for the cancellation and has manifested its inability to hold the May 2014 NLE for lack of office facilities and equipment due to the aftermath of the storm surge caused by Typhoon Yolanda in November last year.

The May 2014 NLE will be held simultaneously in Manila, all PRC Regional Offices (excluding Tacloban City), Zamboanga, Angeles, Cabanatuan, Dagupan, Laoag and Bacolod.
