The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and Board of Nursing (BoN) released official results of May 30-31, 2015 NLE (Nurse Licensure Examination) or known as Nursing Board Exam in 16 working days after the last day of exam. The May 2015 NLE results - complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools are available on this page as officially released online.
PRC on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 announces that 9,707 out of 17,891 passed the Nurse Licensure Examination.
The list below will be activated once NLE Results are out online (check back for the updates):
NLE was conducted in various testing centers nationwide: Bacolod, Baguio, Cabanatuan, CDO, Cebu, Davao, Dagupan, Iloilo, Laoag, Legazpi, Lucena, ManilaManila, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
Though the total number of examinees is not yet announced by PRC, but it is expected that around 25-35 thousand took the exams nationwide. PRC Baguio Regional Office said that a total of 3,250 examinees tried to hurdle series of tests in Baguio, Dagupan, Cabanatuan and Laoag City.
The members of the Board of Nursing who gave the licensure examination are Carmencita M. Abaquin, Chairman; Perla G. Po, Gloria B. Arcos, Carmelita C. Divinagracia, Carfredda P. Dumlao, Glenda S. Arquiza and Florence C. Cawaon, Members.
May 2015 NLE consists of five (5) parts namely: Nursing Practice I (Basic Foundation of Nursing and Professional Nursing Practice), Nursing Practice II (Community Health Nursing and Care of the Mother and Child), Nursing Practice III (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychological Alternations - Part A), Nursing Practice IV (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychological Alternations - Part B) and Nursing Practice V (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychological Alternations - Part C).
The tests draw basic knowledges, skills and attitudes in the major subject areas i.e. Fundamentals of Nursing including Professional Adjustments, Maternal and Child Nursing, Community Health and Communicable Disease Nursing, Nursing of Adolescents, adults and aged and Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing.
NLE Top Performing Schools
In November 2014 exam, Remedios T. Romualdez Medical Foundation, Saint Paul University- Iloilo, Saint Paul University-Tuguegarao and Xavier University topped the licensure exam with 100 percent passing percentage.
In May 2014 nursing board exam, PRC named West Visayas State University- La Paz, Cebu Normal University and Silliman University as the top performing schools per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010. These schools garnered 100-percent passing rate.
Probable Release of May 2015 NLE Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 2014- 874 and Pursuant to Section 7 (d) of R.A. No. 8981, the target date of release of NLE results is on Wednesday, July 8, 2015. Based on computation, it falls on 38 calendar days or in 27 working days after the last day of exam.

The computed number of working days excludes 5 Saturdays, 5 Sundays and 1 holiday, Independence Day on June 12.
In the same period last year, nursing licensure exam results were released online in just 23 working days. PRC named 11,225 out of 29,188 new nurses.
In November 2014 , PRC announced results in 29 working days after the last day of exam. A total of 15,292 out of 26,690 takers passed the board exam.
PRC Board News expects that results are out online anytime on July 1 to July 10, 2015 or in 22 to 29 working days.

Balita also gave his first riddle: "At the bridge as the calendar folds half and within the 72 hour radius around the identical numerics of the month, the DREAM and the DREAMER will become ONE!"
