PRC announced today the room assignment for May 30 and 31, 2015 Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE) - Nursing Board examination. Room assignment for National Capital Region (NCR) or Manila testing center is now available online.
PRC and Board of Nursing will administer nurse licensure examinations in Manila, Baguio City, Laoag, Angeles, Cabanatuan, Cebu, Dagupan, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Cagayan de Oro (CDO) and Bacolod.
The members of the Board of Nursing are Carmencita M. Abaquin, Chairman; Leonila A. Faire, Betty F. Merritt, Perla G. Po, Marco Antonio C. Sto.Tomas, Yolanda C. Arugay and Amelia B. Rosales, Members.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FROM PRC:
1.Examinees should report before 6:30 in the morning every examination day. LATE EXAMINEES WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.
2.Bring the following: Notice of Admission (NOA), Official Receipt, pencils no. 1 or 2, black ball pens, metered-stamped window mailing envelope, long brown and long plastic envelopes.
3.CELLULAR PHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONIC GADGETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
4.Wear the prescribed dress code.
PRC Manila Reminder: Use same name in all examination forms. If there is an error in spelling, date of birth, school name, or application no., please report to the application division before the examination or kindly request your room watchers to correct it on the first day of examination.
