PRC and Board of Professional Teachers announces the schedule of registration and oathtaking for the newly licensed elementary and secondary teachers of September 2012 LET- Licensure Examination for Teachers (Teachers Board Examination).

As you saw your name in the list of passers, the next thing that came into your mind are the questions:
When is new teachers registration will start?
What are the requirements for the registration?
When and where is my oathtaking?

PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on December 5, 2012.
The requirements for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID) are the following:
1) duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal (DOWNLOAD OATH FORM HERE)
2) latest Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)
3) 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)
4) 2 pieces 2” x 2” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)
5) metered documentary stamp for the Oath Form
6) the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2012-2015.
PRC said also that LET passers should PERSONALLY register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Initial registration for new teachers in Manila and Angeles City, in both elementary and high school levels, will take place at the PRC Auditorium, 5th Floor of the PRC Annex Building on the following dates:
PRC is still preparing for the full list of schedule of oathtaking as they said that dates and venues for the oathtaking ceremonies of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
As of this time, PRC already announced schedule for the following Testing Areas with corresponding date and venue:
-Laoag City - December 7, 2012 9AM at Teatro Ilocandia MMSU, Batac City
-Baguio City -December 8, 2012 9AM at St. Bernhard Hall, SLU-Baguio City
-Rosales - December 9, 2012 2PM at Robert B. Estrella Sr. Stadium, Rosales Pangasinan
