PRC releases February 2013 Metallurgical Engineer board exam results

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases board exam results for February 2013 Metallurgical Engineer Licensure Examination on the last day of exam. PRC  announces that 3 out of 9 passed the exam given by the Board of Metallurgical Engineering in Manila.

The members of the Board of Metallurgical Engineering who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Agustin M. Fudolig, Chairman and Engr. Juancho Pablo S. Calvez, Member.
 
The three-day examination was held at PRC-Manila using the Walk-in Examination System (WES).

Graduates of Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology and University of the Philippines - Diliman were the only takers of the metallurgical exam this year. MSU-IIT got 28.57% (2 out of 7 passed) while UPD got 50% (1 of 2 passed).

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Tuesday, February 19, 2013. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size (colored with white background and complete nametag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2013-2016.

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals, prior to the oath-taking ceremonies, PRC said.
