The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced today, September 9, 2014 the schedule of initial registration for the passers of August 2014 Physician board exam.
PRC informed that schedule of their initial registration is at the PRC-Registration Division (PRC Main Building, Manila) from Thursday, September 11 to Tuesday, September 16, 2014.
Here's the list of initial registration schedule for August 2014 Medicine board exam passers:
SEPTEMBER 11 (Thursday)
ABABA, MILFE ABASOLO - CUYCO, RODRIGO GEPIGA
SEPTEMBER 12 (Friday)
DAAN, KAREN IGAÑA - LAÑADA, MARYGRACE FATIMA BERINGUEL
SEPTEMBER 15 (Monday)
LEAL, ADA CLARISSE DOLORMENTE - REÑOSA, NICO ALDRICH CALLUENG
SEPTEMBER 16 (Tuesday)
RICAFORTE, KATRINA RAMOS - ZUÑIGA, ANN BERNADETTE ESPINOSA
Registrants are advised to download the Oath Forms HERE and to bring their duly accomplished Oath Forms during their schedule for registration. Registrants are also advised to strictly observe the schedule for initial registration to avoid any inconvenience.
The certificates of registration and professional identification cards will be distributed during the oath-taking ceremonies.
