MANILA, Philippines – The November 2018 Civil Engineer (CE) board exam top 10 or topnotchers including other results - list of passers, top performing schools and performance of schools are released online on Thursday, November 15, 2018 or in four (4) working days after the exam.
Jaydee Niere Lucero of University of the Philippines - Diliman (UPD) bested the list of 6,262 out of 13,887 passers garnering 97.20% average grade.
Bicol University (BU) - Legazpi alum Norejun de Guzman Osial ranked second with 96.50%.
John Rey Moreno Pacturanan of Camarines Sur Polytechnic College (CSPC) - Nabua came in third spot with 94.45%.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the Civil Engineering licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on November 10 and 11, 2018.
