MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognized the top performing schools in the Electronics Engineer (ECE) and Electronics Technician (ECT) board exam. View as well on this page the performance of schools as released on Thursday, April 11 or in three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
PRC administered the first Electronics Engineering licensure exam this year in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao and Legazpi on April 3 and 4 (ECE) and April 5 (ECT).

Meanwhile, here's the performance of schools in the April 2019 Electronics Engineering Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation."
RELEASE OF RESULTS
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1127, the target release of results for the recent ECE and ECT board exam is on Thursday, April 11 or in three (3) working days after the last day of exam. Note that April 9 is a regular holiday in the Philippines to commemorate Day of Valor (Araw ng Kagitingan).
PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the April 2018 exams, University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman led the schools for ECE with 100% passing rate or all its 27 examinees passed the exams. For ECT, Mapua Institute of Technology (MIT) - Manila was the top 1 performing school with 100% passing rate or 69 examinees passed the tests.
In the April 2017 exams, Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) was the lone top performing school for ECE with 88.89% or 24 out of 27 passed the exams. MIT-Manila took the lead for ECT with 100% passing rate, 83 takers passed.
