MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released on Monday, September 16, the results of September 2019 Librarian board exam given in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Tacloban and Tuguegarao.
PRC and the Board for Librarians, composed of Yolanda C. Granda, Chairman and Lourdes T. David, Member, administered the Librarian board exam on September 10 and 11.

In the September 2018 Librarian board exam, Benguet State University (BSU) - La Trinidad was the lone top performing school with 80.36% passing rate or 45 out of 56 passed.
In the September 2017 exams, University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman topped the board with 100% passing rate or 27 takers passed. University of Santo Tomas (UST) and BSU - La Trinidad ranked second and third, 90% (27 out of 30 passed) and 85.71% (24 out of 28 passed), respectively.
