MANILA, Philippines – The November 2019 Civil Engineer (CE) board exam top 10 or topnotchers including other results - list of passers, top performing schools and performance of schools are released online today, November 14, 2019 or in four (4) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the Civil Engineering licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on November 9 and 10, 2019.

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the November 2018 Civil Engineer exams, Jaydee Niere Lucero of University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman led the passers with 97.20%. Norejun de Guzman Osial of Bicol University (BU) - Legazpi followed with 96.50%.
In the November 2017 exams, Nikho Lawrence Ramos Corres, also from UP - Diliman, topped the board with 97.90%. Hans Lawrence Eugenio dela Cruz of Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP) - Manila came in second with 97.55%.
In the November 2016 exams, Sirven Carandang Garibay from UP - Los Baños led the passers with 93.20%. University of San Carlos (USC) alum Samuel Eliezer Yu Uy got the second highest place with 92.75%.
Cebu Institute of Technology (CIT) alum Armand Henzkel Bangolan Canoy topped the board with 94.80% in the November 2015 exams. Rayniel Joseph Martin Salonga from Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) - Sta. Mesa ranked second with 94.75%.
