MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Sunday said work-from-home (WFH) or skeletal workforce arrangement will continue to implement in all areas under the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ).
"This is pursuant to Inter-Agency Task Force Resolution No. 37 dated 15 May 2020, placing high-risk provinces and cities under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) and transitioning high-risk provinces and cities under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ)," PRC said.
The following offices of PRC will continue to implement a work-from-home arrangement, and a skeleton workforce whenever appropriate, until May 31, 2020:

In compliance of the required opening of mall-based government frontline services during MECQ, the following PRC Service Centers will open and resume frontline services under skeleton workforce beginning May 18, 2020.
For PRC Robinsons Place Manila, Robinsons Galleria Ortigas, Robinsons Place Las Piñas, RobinsonsNovaliches,Robinsons Starmillsand Robinsons Sta. Rosa, the following processes shall be implemented:

3. Transactions may only be made at the set appointment venues in accordance with the following schedule:
4. Transactions under the new appointment schedule should be made on the same day of the week as in the original schedule. (Example: if the original appointment schedule falls on a Tuesday, transaction shall be made also on a Tuesday within the new appointment week.
5. For the NCR applicants, those whose transaction/ appointments were set at the PRC Service Centers in PICC or POEA, may be accommodated in any Service Centers within NCR, in accordance with the new appointment schedule. In the same manner that for Region III applicants, those whose transaction/appointments were set at PRC San Fernando, Clark OSSCO or Palayan OSSCO may be accommodated at Robinsons Starmills, in accordance with the new appointment schedule.
6. In the case of non-appearance during the new schedule, the same shall be accommodated on the following day/s. Priority, however, will be given to transactions falling on the said date.
7. Applicants for examination will submit their application documents through drop boxes provided in the Service Centers. Notice of Admission (NOA) will be issued electronically via email.
8. For the safety of all personnel and clients, PRC will also be strictly implementing all applicable precautionary measures and health protocols arising from the Covid-19 pandemic under PRC Memo Order No. 24(https://www.prc.gov.ph/sites/default/files/prcmemo2020-24.pdf) alongside with those implemented by the mall administration. The public is advised to strictly observe said precautions and health protocols.
