MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Social Workers released result of February 2021 Social Worker board exam today, February 17, 2021 or in three (3) working days after the exam. The official list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools are available on this page as announced online.

PRC administered the Social Worker licensure exam in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on February 10, 11 and 12, 2021.
Most of the takers of recent Social Worker licensure exam are the examinees from the cancelled August 2020 exam due to COVID-19 crisis and restrictions. The next regular examination is set on August 24-26, 2021.

The date and venue for the mass oathtaking of the successful examinees in the said licensure examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC said.
Due to pandemic, oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees will be done virtual or online. The online oathtaking application system (e-oath) can be accessed at Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS).

The three-day exam covered the following subjects:
Day 1: human behavior and social environment and social welfare policies, programs and services;
Day 2: Social Work Practice I with Field Instruction I and Social Work Practice II with Field Instruction II;
Day 3: Social Work Practice III with Field Instruction III.
RELEASE OF RESULTS
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1283 series 2020, the target release of Social Worker board exam result is on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 or in three (3) working days after the exam.
However, results may be released ahead of the target or on later date, without prior notice.

In the August 2019 Social Work exams, PRC announced that 2,723 out of 5,880 successfully hurdled the exams.
In the July 2018 exams, the agency named 2,508 out of 5,020 who passed the series of tests.
