MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the top performing schools in the July 2021 nurse licensure examination (NLE) or nursing board exam. The result is expected to be released between July 16 and 23 or in 10-14 working days after the last day of exam.
Saint Louis University (SLU) led the schools with 100% passing rate or all 75 takers passed.
Saint Paul University (SPU) - Tuguegarao and University of Pangasinan followed with identical 96.08% passing rate (49 out of 51 passed).
PRC administered the nurse licensure exam on July 3 and 4, 2021 in Manila, All Regional Offices (Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban and Tuguegarao) and Zamboanga.

In the last NLE before the COVID-19 pandemic (November 2019), University of Santo Tomas (UST), SLU and De La Salle Med. & Health Sciences Institute led the schools with 100% passing rate. Velez College, Benguet State University - La Trinidad, San Pedro College - Davao City and Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) - Lucban were among the top performing schools.
In the June 2019 exams, West Visayas State University (WVSU) - La Paz, Xavier University and Silliman University topped the schools with 100% passing rate. University of Saint La Salle (USLS) ranked second with 98.57%.
