MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Librarians released results of September 2021 Librarian board exam on September 13 or in two (2) working days after the exam. The complete list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools are available here as announced online.
PRC administered the Librarian board exam on September 8 and 9 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban and Tuguegarao.

Roll of Successful Examinees in the
LIBRARIAN LICENSURE EXAMINATION

From September 29 to September 30, 2021, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date of the oathtaking ceremonies of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
The two-day examinations covered the following subjects: library organization and management, reference, bibliography, and user services, indexing and abstracting, cataloging and classification, selection and acquisition and information technology.
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1283, the target release of Librarian board exam results is on Tuesday, September 14 or in three (3) working days after the exam.
However, results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice. We advise takers to monitor announcement of results between Monday (September 13) and Friday (September 17).
In September 2019 Librarian licensure exams, PRC released results in three (3) working days. PRC named 565 out of 1,024 who passed the exams.
In the September 2018 Librarian exams, PRC announced results in two (2) working days. A total of 466 out of 951 successfully hurdled the exams.
In the September 2017 exam, results were also released in two (2) working days. A total of 545 out of 904 passed the tests.

- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope.
