MANILA, Philippines – The November 2021 Civil Engineer (CE) board exam top 10 or topnotchers including other results - list of passers, top performing schools and performance of schools are released online on November 25, 2021 or in 8 working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the Civil Engineering licensure exam on November 14 and 15, 2021 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

In the November 2019 Civil Engineer licensure exams, Lou Mervin Tristan Pua Mahilum from University of San Carlos aced the board with 93.25%. Jeremy Recinto Rifareal from Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) - Lopez ranked second with 93.10%.
In the May 2019 exams, Ronie Tanilon Tarriga II from University of Cebu led the passers with 95.20%. John Francis Viloria Pedroso from Mindanao State University -Gen. Santos City followed with 94.60%.
In the November 2018 Civil Engineer exams, Jaydee Niere Lucero of University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman topped the board with 97.20%. Norejun de Guzman Osial of Bicol University (BU) - Legazpi followed with 96.50%.
