MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released results of December 2021 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) board exam on December 29 or in seven (7) working days after the last day of exam.
PRC administered the CPA licensure exam (CPALE) in Manila and Rosales, Pangasinan on December 16, 17, and 18, 2021.
Last October, exams in the capital region was postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions. Only the exams in Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga pushed through.

In the last CPA board exam before the pandemic (October 2019), Justine Louie Bautista Santiago from University of Santo Tomas (UST) aced the board with 90.33%. Marlou Borbon Alinsonorin from University of San Carlos (USC) ranked second with 89.67%.
In the May 2019 CPALE, Josemaria Alvaro Cabarrus Fontillas and Geraldine Jade Frayco Papa, both from De La Salle University (DLSU)-Manila, led the passers with 89.83%. Leinard Jan Corres Zaspa from University of Mindanao - Davao City followed with 88.50%.
