MANILA, Philippines – The Supreme Court released official results of February 2022 bar exam results for 2020-2021 editions on Tuesday, April 12, or in two (2) months after the series of tests. View here for H-O list of passers, new lawyers, as announced online.
As announced, 8,241 out of 11,402 (72.28%) passed the bar exams.

The high court confirmed recently that Associate Justice Marvic Leonen plans to hold a special En Banc session on Tuesday for the purpose of considering his report on the first-ever digitalized and regionalized Bar Examinations and the release of its results.
After several postponements due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the bar exam was administered to 11,378 aspiring lawyers on February 4 and 6, 2022 in 31 testing sites scattered in 22 local government units across the country.
SC also confirmed that oath-taking of successful examinees will be on May 2, 2022.

Aspiring lawyers were tested in the following major subjects: The Law Pertaining to the State and Its Relationship with Its Citizens (30%), Criminal Law (15%), The Law Pertaining to Private Personal and Commercial Relations (30%) and Procedure and Professional Ethics (25%).
The standard 75% passing percentage is expected to prevail in the recent exam, same in the previous years.
