MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Midwifery released results of April 2022 Midwife board exam on April 12 or in three (3) working days after the last day of exam. The official list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools are available on this page as announced online.

PRC administered the second Midwife licensure exam during the pandemic on April 6 and 7 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
The members of the Board of Midwifery who gave the licensure examination are Melchor C. Dela Cruz, Jr., Chairman; Remy B. Dequiña, Lolita I. Dicang, Rhodora L. Lopez and Lerma M. Valenzuela, Members.

The two-day midwifery board exam covered the following subjects: obstetrics, fundamentals of health care, infant care and feeding, primary health care, professional growth and development.
RELEASE OF RESULTS/PREVIOUS EXAM
According to PRC Resolution No. 1439 s. 2021, the target release of Midwife board exam results is after four (4) working days from the last day of exam or on April 13 (Holy Wednesday). However, results may be released on later date without prior notice.
In the November 2021 Midwife Licensure Examination, PRC released results after four (4) working days. A total of 908 out of 1,774 passed the exams. Yesa Papa Garganera from Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital School of Midwifery topped the board with 89.80%.
In the November 2019 Midwife Licensure Examination, PRC released results after three (3) working days. A total of 1,068 out of 2,219 hurdled the exams. Mhenrada Kulayan Bandahala from Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital School of Midwifery topped the board with 90.95%.
In the April 2019 Midwife exams, results were also announced in 3 working days. A total of 460 out of 1,416 passed the exams. Melanie May Misal Cuba and Thinkerbell Maranan Lafuerte, both from Mabini College-Daet, aced the board with 88.80%.
