MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Real Estate Service released results of September 2022 Real Estate Appraiser board exam on Monday, September 12 or in three (3) working days after the exam. The official list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools are available on this page as announced online.

PRC administered the Licensure Examination for Real Estate Appraisers (LEREA) in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi and Tacloban on September 7.
The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination are Ofelia C. Binag, Chairman; Rafael M. Fajardo, Jose Arnold M. Tan and Pilar M. Torres-Banaag, Members.

The performance of schools in the September 2022 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation" is as follows:
The one-day examination covered the following subjects: fundamentals of real estate appraisal (50%) and professional appraisal practice (50%).
According to PRC Resolution No. 1439 series 2021, the target release of results of the recent Real Estate Appraiser board exam results is on Monday, September 12 or in three (3) working days after the exam. However, results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
In the September 2021 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, PRC released results in five (5) working days. A total of 134 out of 167 passed the exams. Juliefe Pepito Cuenca from University of Cebu aced the board with 90.50%.
In the August 2019 Real Estate Appraiser board exams, PRC announced results after two (2) working days. A total of 163 out of 259 passed the exams. John Alex Magno Oliver from Xavier University topped the board with 86.50%.
In the June 2017 exams, results were also out in 2 working days. The agency named 12 out of 16 who successfully passed the exams. The agency did not announce list of topnotchers.
