MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the top performing schools in the October 2022 Electronics Engineer (ECE) and Electronics Technician (ECT) board exam. View as well on this page the performance of schools as released on October 14, 2022 or in four (4) working days after the last day of exam.
PRC administered the second Electronics Engineering licensure exam this year in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on October 8 and 9, 2022 for ECE and October 10 for ECT.

Meanwhile, here's the performance of schools in the October 2022 Electronics Engineering Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation."
RELEASE OF RESULTS
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1439 s. 2021, the target release of Electronics Engineer board exam results is twelve (12) working days after the last day of exam or on October 26, 2022.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice. We advise takers to monitor announcement of results starting Thursday, October 13.
PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the April 2022 Electronics Engineer board exam, University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman was the lone top performing school, 85.71% or 36 out of 42 passed. Mapua University - Manila topped the ECT board with 96.77% or 60 out of 62 passed the exams.
In the October 2021 ECE board exam, none of the schools qualified for the top performing list. Meanwhile, University of Batangas led the schools for Electronics Technician board exam with 88.89% or 56 out of 63 passed the exams.
In the October 2019 ECE board exam, University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman topped the schools with 97.30% or 72 out of 74 passed. Mapua University (MU) - Manila grabbed the highest spot in ECT with 96.99% or 129 out of 133 passed.
