MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced the November 2022 Civil Engineering (CE) board exam results, including the top performing schools, on November 28 or in six (6) working days after the exam.
PRC administered the Civil Engineering licensure exam (CELE) on November 19 and 20, 2022 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

In the May 2022 Civil Engineer licensure exams, University of the Philippines - Los Baños (UPLB) topped the schools with 95.00% passing rate or 76 out of 80 passed. UP-Diliman came in second with 94.57% or 87 out of 92 passed.
In the November 2021 Civil Engineer licensure exams, UP-Diliman was the lone top peforming school with 92.86% or 52 out of 56 passed.
In the November 2019 Civil Engineer licensure exams, Carlos A. Hidalgo Memorial State College-Talisay topped the schools with 98.00% passing rate or 49 out of 50 passed. UPLB ranked second with 96.92% or 63 out of 65 hurdled the test.
In the May 2019 CE board exams, De La Salle University (DLSU) - Manila led the schools with 90.29% or 93 out of 103 passed. Mapua University followed with 80.65% or 125 out of 155 passed.
In the November 2018 exams, UPLB topped the schools with 98.63% or 72 out of 73 successfully hurdled the exams. Carlos A. Hilado Memorial State College - Talisay came in second with 96.08% or 49 out of 51 passed.
