MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Mechanical Engineering released results of February 2023 Mechanical Engineer (ME) board exam on March 2, 2023 or in three (3) working days after the exam. View here the performance of schools.
PRC administered the licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Zamboanga, and Palawan on February 26 and 27.

The performance of schools in the February 2023 Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation" is as follows:
PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the August 2022 Mechanical Engineer licensure exams, Batangas State University (BatSU)-Alangilan named top performing school with 94.19% or 227 out of 241 passed. De La Salle University (DLSU)-Manila followed with 89.58% or 43 out of 48 passed.
In the February 2022 Mechanical Engineer licensure exams, Bohol Island State University - Tagbilaran topped the schools with 90.70% or 78 out of 86 passed. BatSU - Alangilan came in second with 89.20% or 157 out of 176 passed.
In the August 2021 Mechanical Engineer licensure exams, Ateneo de Davao University and University of Mindanao - Davao City shared the top spot with 100% passing rate, 5 and 9 passers respectively. University of Santo Tomas ranked second with 83.33% or 5 out of 6 passed.
In the February 2020 Mechanical Engineer board exam, Batangas State University (BatSU) - Alangilan was named top performing school with 92.55% or 174 out of 188 passed the exams (50 or more examinees).
In the August 2019 exams, BatSU- Alangilan also led the schools with 100% passing rate or all 81 takers passed. University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman followed with 97.33% or 73 out of 75 passed.
