MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Sanitary Engineering released results of August 2023 Sanitary Engineer licensure exam (SELE) on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 or in two (2) working days after the exam. The complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools are available on this page as announced online.
As announced, 76 out of 162 (46.91%) passed the exams.

PRC conducted the Sanitary Engineer board exam on August 29, 30 and 31 in the cities of Manila (Computer-based Licensure Examination or CBLE) and Davao and Rosales (Paper-and-pencil Examination).

VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
In just few working days after the release of results, all takers may verify their ratings online through PRC's verification of rating page. Provide the required information in the appropriate fields to verify your identity.
COVERAGE OF EXAMS
The three-day examination covered the following subjects: environmental engineering, public health engineering (Day 1), sanitary science as applied to buildings and civil engineering (Day 2) and waste water engineering and water supply engineering (Day 3).
RELEASE OF EXAM RESULTS
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1589 series of 2022, the target release of the recent Sanitary Engineer board exam is on Monday, September 4 or in one (1) working day after the test.
Note that results may be released on later date without prior notice.
Operations in government offices in Metro Manila, including PRC, was temporarily suspended on Friday, September 1 due to the continuous rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon, and Super Typhoons “Goring” and “Hanna”.
PREVIOUS EXAM
In the January 2023 Sanitary Engineer board exam, PRC released results in two (2) working days from the last day of exam. The agecny named 198 out of 318 who passed the exams. National University (NU)-Manila topped the schools with 90.91% or 30 out of 33 passed.
In the August 2022 Sanitary Engineer board exam, results were also announced in just 2 working days. PRC listed 67 out of 189 who passed the exams. Mapua University was the lone top performing school with 83.33% or 15 out of 18 passed.
In the January 2022 Sanitary Engineer board exam, results were out in three (3) working days. A total of 89 out of 177 passed the exams. Mapua University was the lone top performing school with 94.44% or 17 out of 18 passed.
