MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Friday, September 15 named the topnotchers or top 10 passers in the September 2023 Librarian board exam.
PRC administered the Librarian board exam on September 11 and 12 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

In the September 2022 Librarian board exam, Marzo Meco Bagayaua Alfonso from University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman topped the board with 88.20%. August Emmanuel Napoles Florese, also from UP-Diliman ranked second with 87.75%.
In the September 2021 Librarian board exam, Francisco Fillon Magpantay Jr. from UP-Diliman aced the board with 90.50%. Rebilyn Garcia Roman from City College of Angeles - Angeles, Pampanga came in second with 88.70%.
In the September 2019 Librarian board exam, Daniel Soriano Balbin Jr. from Benguet State University - La Paz topped the board with 89.75%. Allyana Macabulos Bermudez from University of Santo Tomas (UST) ranked second with 89.30%.
In the September 2018 exams, Lyandrea Grace Daoas Capuyan from Saint Louis University (SLU) earned the highest spot with 88.60%. Briar Rose Javier Mariano from Baliuag University followed with 88.50%.
