MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced names of the topnotchers or top 10 passers in the August 2023 Sanitary Engineer board exam on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 or in two (2) working days after the exam.
The hybrid Sanitary Engineering board exam was administered on August 29, 30 and 31 in the National Capital Region (Computer-based Licensure Examination or CBLE) and Davao and Rosales (Paper-and-pencil Examination).

In the January 2023 Sanitary Engineer board exam, Juslin Philip Sanchez Pulanco from National University (NU)-Manila topped the board with 86.38%. Ben Serafin Rillon Melchor from Mapua University-Manila came in second place with 85.06%.
In the August 2022 Sanitary Engineer board exams, PRC did not release list of topnotchers.
In the January 2022 board exams, Marc Noblen Guzman de La Cruz from MU-Manila aced the board with 83.80%. Robert Jacob Landicho Tolentino from NU-Manila ranked second with 83.43%.
