MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Civil Engineering released results of November 2023 Civil Engineer board exam on Friday, November 24, 2023 or in five (5) working days after the last day of exam. The official list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools are available on this page as announced online.
As announced, 6,180 out of 18,582 (33.26%) successfully passed the exams.
The results of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld for further verification of submitted documents and five (5) were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
PRC administered the Civil Engineer licensure exam on November 17 and 18 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Palawan.

COVERAGE OF EXAM
The two-day Civil Engineer board exams covered the following major subjects: mathematics, surveying and transportation engineering (35%), hydraulics and geotechnical engineering (30%) and structural engineering and construction (35%).
RELEASE OF RESULTS
According to PRC Resolution No. 1589 series of 2022, the target release of Civil Engineer board exam results is on FFriday, November 24, 2023 or in five (5) working days after the exams.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the April 2023 Civil Engineering board exams, results were announced online after four (4) working days. PRC named 5,887 out of 16,936 who successfully passed the exams.
In the November 2022 Civil Engineer board exams, PRC released result in six (6) working days. A total of 8,029 out of 20,407 passed the exams.
In the May 2022 CELE, PRC announced results in five (5) working days. A total of 5,836 out of 13,781 passed the exams.
In the November 2021 CELE, PRC was able to release results in eight (8) working days. A total of 2,374 out of 6,474 passed the exams.
In the November 2019 board exams, a total of 6,510 out of 15,075 hurdled the exams.
