MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the complete results of November 2023 Midwifery board exam given in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Kidapawan.
PRC and the Board of Midwifery, composed of Melchor C. Dela Cruz, Jr., Chairman; Lerma M. Valenzuela, Corazon F. Landicho, Lourdes S. Mangahas and Liwayway M. Piedad, Members, administered the Midwife board exam on November 5 and 6, 2023.

In the April 2023 Midwifery Licensure Examination, Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU)-Main Campus topped the schools with 97.22% or 35 out of 36 passed. University of the Philippines School of Health and Sciences - Leyte followed with 92.59% or 25 out of 27 passed.
In the November 2022 Midwife Licensure Exam, Cavite State University (CavSU) topped the schools with 100% passing rate or all 26 of its takers passed.
In the April 2022 Midwife Licensure Exam, Isabela State University -Ilagan was the top performing school with 100% or all 19 takers passed.
In the November 2021 MLE, St. Alexius College led the schools with 92.54% or 62 out of 67 passed.
In the November 2019 MLE, Cavite State University was the lone top performing school with 96.00% passing rate or 24 out of 25 passed.
