MANILA, Philippines – The November 2023 nurse licensure examination (NLE) or nursing board exam top 10 or topnotchers including the other results - list of passers, top performing schools and performance of schools are released on Friday, December 1 or in fourteen (14) working days after the last day of exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the nursing board exam on November 11 and 12, 2023 in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Kidapawan, and Palawan.

In the May 2023 Philippine Nursing Licensure Exams, Cristin Bagang Pangan from University of the Philippines (UP)-Manila topped the board with 91.60%. Mary Edrianne Codilla Sobretodo from Father Saturnino Urios University came in second with 91.40%.
In the November 2022 NLE, Abigail Garganta Ramirez from Saint Paul University - Dumaguete grabbed the highest spot with 90.00%. Jezrel Cabasis Alijid from West Visayas State University (WVSU) - La Paz and Melchor Flores Pimentel Jr. from Saint Louis University followed with identical rating of 89.80%.
In the May 2022 NLE, Keziah Kyleen Galit Gonzales from Emilio Aguinaldo College - Manila and Nora Jane Bacarisas Staveley from Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) - Valenzuela topped the board with identical grade of 90.00%. Julia Flora Rosa Marquez Amarille, from OLFU-Antipolo City came in second with 89.40%.
In the November 2021 NLE, Kiarra Belle Arante Poblador from Silliman University aced the board with 89.40%. Francine Beatrice Liao Cruz from Southville International School and Colleges and Natelie Joyce Mariano from Medici Di Makati College, Inc. tied on second spot with 88.80%.
In the July 2021 NLE, Haydee Soriano Bacani from Philippine Women's University (PWU) - Manila got the highest spot with 89.40%. Liezl Mercado Tuazon from Angeles University Foundation (AUF) ranked second with 89.00%.
In the November 2019 NLE, Shaina Kei Cruiz Watanabe from Davao Doctors College, Inc. led the passers with 89.60%. Ansherina Santiago Awatin from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) followed with 89.00%.
