MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) named the topnotchers or top 10 passers in the November 2023 Customs Brokers board exam as results are released on November 14, 2023 or in three (3) working days after the exam.
PRC administered the Customs Broker licensure exam (CBLE) in Manila, Cebu and Davao on Wednesday and Thursday, November 8 and 9.

In the November 2022 Customs Broker board exam, Keith Ann Maramot Casa from Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU) - Batangas City and John Ro Aaron Hintay Ramos from Batangas State University (BatSU) - Batangas City tied on highest spot with 91.50%. Christine Veronica Gonzales Calingasan, also from BatSU-Batangas City, grabbed the second place with 91.00%.
In the November 2021 Customs Broker board exam, Jo Justin Lumongsud Ochea from University of Cebu in Lapulapu and Mandaue topped the board with 87.00%. Genemae Seguido Caliwan from University of Cebu and Jun Verginesa Suarez from Gordon College tied on second spot with 86.25%.
In the November 2019 Customs Broker board exam, Illya Kai Katipunan Quilario from LPU-Manila aced the board with 92.00%. Charles Adriane De Los Reyes Monteras from LPU-Batangas followed with 91.25%.
In the November 2018 Customs Broker board exam, Jhary-Jay Ybanez Loyola of Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges led the passers with 94.00 percent. Jojiebeth Buhang Tayaban of International School of Asia and the Pacific came in second spot with 93.75%.
In the November 2017 exams, Maricel Aviso Anonuevo of Philippine Merchant Marine School - Las Pinas was tied with Auren Clarence Jaranilla of Lyceum Subic Bay, Inc. to top the board with 91.75%. They were followed by Jigo Panopio Arevalo of Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU) - Manila with 91.25%.
