MANILA, Philippines – Results are out!
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 45 out of 200 (22.5%) passed the Civil Engineers Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE).
The exam was given by the Board of Civil Engineering in: Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Al Ahmadi, Kuwait; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; Manama, Bahrain; and Singapore last June 2024.
The members of the Board of Civil Engineering who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo, Chairman; Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero, Members.

The performance of schools in the June 2024 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination (SPLE) in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation" is as follows:
REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag),
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Aside from civil engineers, the SPLE was also conducted for Filipino architects, chemical engineers, chemists, electronics engineers, electronics technicians, environmental planners, geodetic engineers, master plumbers, mechanical engineers, certified plant mechanics, medical technologist, midwives, nurses, psychometricians, radiologic technologists and X-ray technologists, social workers, teachers, registered electrical engineers, registered master electricians, respiratory therapists, and veterinarians in the Middle East and Singapore.
