MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released full results of August 2024 Real Estate Appraiser board exam on Monday, August 12, 2024 or in two (2) working days after the last day of examinations. View here the list of topnotchers (top 10 passers).
PRC administered the Licensure Examination for Real Estate Appraisers (LEREA) in the city of Manila on August 8, 2024.

In the September 2023 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, Maureen Grace Cruz Usacdin from Lyceum of Alabang led the passers with 91.50%. Trisha Amber Tan Ong Hian Huy, also from Lyceum of Alabang, came in second place with 90.50%.
In the September 2022 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, Lalaine Chua Kawsek from Trinity University of Asia topped the board with 89.00%. Shirley Silva Mazon, also from Trinity-QC, followed with 88.00%.
In the September 2021 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, Juliefe Pepito Cuenca from University of Cebu aced the board with 90.50%. John Mark Vincent Gianan from Gardner College Diliman, Inc. followed with 90.00%.
In the August 2019 Real Estate Appraiser board exams, John Alex Magno Oliver from Xavier University topped the board with 86.50%. Ruth Ramulte Cabangangan from Saint Paul School of Professional Studies - Palo ranked second with 86.00.
