MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the top performing schools in the October 2024 Electronics Engineer (ECE) board exam. View as well on this page the performance of schools as released on October 29 or in three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
PRC administered the second Electronics Engineering licensure exam this year in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on October 19 and 20, 2024.
The agency also conducted Electronics Technicians (ECT) board exam on October 21.

The top performing schools in the October 2024 Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination as per Commission Resolution No. 1814 series of 2024: WITH 30 OR MORE EXAMINEES AND WITH AT LEAST 80% PASSING PERCENTAGE
Meanwhile, here's the performance of schools in the October 2024 Electronics Engineering Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation."
RELEASE OF RESULTS
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1891 s. 2024, the target release of ECE board exam results is on Friday, October 25, 2024.
But due to the government work cancellations on October 23, 24 and 25, in view of the inclement weather brought about by Tropical Storm “Kristine”, there is a possibility of delayed release of exam results. We advise takers to monitor results until October 30 or in four (4) working days.
PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the April 2024, October 2023, April 2023, April 2022 and October 2022 Electronics Engineer board exam, University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman was the lone top performing school, 90.91% (50 out of 55), 96.67% (29 out of 30), 87.50% ( 35 out of 40 passed), 85.71% (36 out of 42 passed) and 88.64% (39 out of 44 passed), respectively.
In the October 2021 ECE board exam, none of the schools qualified for the top performing list.
In the October 2019 ECE board exam, UP - Diliman topped the schools with 97.30% or 72 out of 74 passed. Holy Angel University (HAU) followed with 80% or 56 out of 70 passed.
