MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced the results of Electronics Technician (ECT) board exam, including the list of top performing schools and performance of schools.
PRC administered the second ECT licensure exam this year in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on October 21, 2024.

The top performing schools in the October 2024 Electronics Technician Licensure Examination as per Commission Resolution No. 1814 series of 2024: WITH 30 OR MORE EXAMINEES AND WITH AT LEAST 80% PASSING PERCENTAGE
Meanwhile, here's the performance of schools in the October 2024 Electronics Technician Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation."
RELEASE OF RESULTS
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1891 s. 2024, the target release of ECE/ECT board exam results is on Friday, October 25, 2024.
But due to the government work cancellations on October 23, 24 and 25, in view of the inclement weather brought about by Tropical Storm “Kristine”, there is a possibility of delayed release of exam results. We advise takers to monitor results until October 30 or in four (4) working days.
PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the April 2024 Electronics Technician board exams, Technological University of the Philippines (TUP)-Visayas topped the schools with 93.06% or 67 out of 72 passed. Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) - Sta. Mesa ranked second with 91.30% or 126 out of 138 passed.
In the October 2023 Electronics Technician board exams, FEU Institute of Technology topped the schools with 94.34% or 50 out of 53 passed. Saint Louis University (SLU) ranked second with 94.12% or 48 out of 51 passed.
In the April 2023 Electronics Technician board exams, TUP-Visayas led the schools with 92.21% or 71 out of 77 passed. PUP-Sta. Mesa came in second place with 89.08% or 106 out of 119 passed.
