September 2024 LET result Secondary level: performance of schools

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases results of September 2024 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) or Teachers board exam between December 2-16, 2024 or in 40-50 working days after the exam. Those awaiting results can check on this page for the list of top performing schools as well as the performance of schools for Secondary level board exam.

PRC administered the second regular LET on Sunday, September 29, 2024 in at least 38 testing centers nationwide and in Bangkok, Thailand.

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS

In the March 2024 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET), Philippine Normal University (PNU)-Manila topped the schools (300 or more examinees category) with 98.96% or 381 out of 385 passed the exams. Cebu Normal University came in second place with 92.12% or 386 out of 419 passed. Meanwhile, Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)-Lucban was in third spot with 89.54% or 274 out of 306 passed.

In the September 2023 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET), University of Santo Tomas (UST) was the top performing school for Secondary level with 98.56% passing rate or 137 out of 139 passed the exams. University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman ranked second with 97.10% or 67 out of 69 passed.

In the March 2023 LET, Philippine Normal University (PNU)-Mindanao topped the schools for Secondary Level with 98.32% or 176 out of 179 passed. PNU-Manila came in second spot with 96.21% or 305 out of 317 passed.

In the October 2022 LET, UP- Los Baños (UPLB) and UP-Visayas - Iloilo City topped the schools with 100% passing rate. UP-Diliman ranked second with 97.04%.

LET UPDATES

Based on PRC Resolution No. 1836 series of 2024, the target release of September 2024 LET board exam result is on December 13, 2024 (Friday) or 49 working days after the test.

Note that the government work was cancelled on October 14 and 15 due to the opening of Asia-Pacific Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction and on October 23, 24 and 25 due to the effects of Tropical Storm “Kristine”.

Several factors such as the total number of examinees, effect of work cancellations due to calamities and unforeseen events and system of checking the pencil-based tests may cause deviation on target release date.

With this, we advise LET takers to monitor release of results between December 2-16 or in 40-50 working days after the exam.
