MANILA, Philippines — LET Result 2025. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) are expected to release results of March 2025 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) or teachers board exam between May 19-30, 2025 or in 35-44 working days after the exam. The complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools are available on this page as announced online.
PRC administered the first regular LET this year on Sunday, March 23, 2025 in at least 38 testing centers nationwide.
Testing centers include Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga.
The Commission also designated additional test centers to accommodate more examinees and avoid unnecessary distant travel: Bacolod, Bayambang, Bohol, Catanduanes, Cauayan, Digos, Dumaguete, General Santos, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Kidapawan, Laguna, Maasin (Southern Leyte), Masbate, Mati, Occidental Mindoro, Oroquieta, Romblon, Tagum, and Valencia.
The members of the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Chairman; Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Vice Chairman; Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy, Members.

In accordance with the law, passing the licensure exam and having valid professional license from the Commission are necessary before the practice of teaching profession in the Philippines. Otherwise, those who will violate may face fine and imprisonment based on penal provisions.

To pass the LET, an examinee must obtain an average rating of not less than 75% and must have no rating lower than 50% in any of the tests.
REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
The schedule for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration for Elementary and Secondary level exams will be posted here once results are out online.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
PRC said that successful examinees should PERSONALLY register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The dates of the oathtaking ceremonies of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
COVERAGE OF EXAM
The program for March 2025 LET is composed of (2) parts for Elementary — General Education (40%) and Professional Education (60%) — and three (3) parts for Secondary — General Education (20%), Professional Education (40%) and Specialization (40%).
ADDITIONAL NOTE: PRC imposed limited use of calculator. Only Mathematics (under Specialization subject) would require examinees to use the calculator. The modification is pursuant to Resolution No. 25, series of 2019 issued by the Board for Professional Teachers.
RELEASE OF LET RESULTS
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the target release of March 2025 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) results is on Friday, May 23, 2025 or thirty-nine (39) working days after the exams.
The computed total number of workdays excludes 8 Saturdays, 8 Sundays and six (6) holidays on April 1 (Eid'l Fitr), April 9 (The Day of Valor), April 17 (Maundy Thursday), April 18 (Good Friday), May 1 (Labor Day), and May 12 (Philippine general election).
Several factors such as the total number of examinees, effect of work cancellations due to calamities and unforeseen events and system of checking the pencil-based tests may cause deviation on target release date.
With this, we advise LET takers to monitor release of results between May 19 and 30, 2025 or 35-44 working days after the exam. From time-to-time, PRC Board News will update this page for the exact release date from reliable sources.
PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the September 2024 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET), PRC released results in fifty-one (51) working days. A total of 20,025 elementary teachers out of 44,002 examinees (45.51%) and 48,875 secondary teachers out of 85,926 examinees (56.88%) successfully hurdled the exams.
In the March 2024 LET, PRC announced results in forty-seven (47) working days after the exams. A total of 20,890 elementary teachers out of 44,764 examinees (46.67%) and 50,539 secondary teachers out of 85,980 examinees (58.78%) successfully passed the exams.
In the September 2023 LET, results were out in fifty-five (55) working days after the exams. A total of 23,782 elementary teachers out of 50,593 examinees (47.01%) and 53,995 secondary teachers out of 95,969 examinees (56.26%) successfully passed the exams.
