MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Real Estate Service released results of April 2025 Real Estate Broker board exam, including list of topnotchers or top 10 passers, on Monday, April 28, 2025 or within four (4) working days after the exam.
According to The Summit Express' report, the PRC Licensure Division said that REBLE results will be released on Monday, April 28, or four (4) working days after the exam.
PRC administered the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination (REBLE) in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban on April 22, 2025.

In the April 2024 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination, John Joseph Zosa Kagatan from University of Mindanao-Davao City topped the board with 92.25%. Zheerex Faron Villero from University of Cebu ranked second with 91.75%.
In the April 2023 Real Estate Broker board exams, Gian Carlo Dominique Gallardo Bero from Lyceum of Alabang topped the board with 87.00%. Richelle Cang Ting, also from Lyceum of Alabang, came in second place with 86.25%.
In the April 2022 Real Estate Broker board exams, John Mark Vincent Gianan from Gardner College Diliman, Inc., Shirley Silva Mazon from Trinity University of Asia and Pamela Ann Torres Perez, also from Trinity University of Asia, led the passers with 89.00%. Juliefe Pepito Cuenca from University of Cebu and Eloisa Monique Pelisco Yepez from University of Mindanao - Davao City came in second spot with 88.25%.
In the June 2019 Real Estate Broker board exams, Raquel Diaz Mendros from Saint Paul School of Professional Studies - Palo topped the board with 89.75% grade. John Alex Magno Oliver from Xavier University followed with 87.75%.
