MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Electronics Engineering (BEE) are expected to release results of April 2025 Electronics Engineer (ECE) board exam on or before April 11, 2025 (Friday), or four (4) working days after the last day of exam. The complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools are available on this page as announced online.
PRC administered the first regular ECE licensure exam this year in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on April 2 and 3, 2025.
The agency also conducted Electronics Technicians (ECT) board exam on April 4.
The members of the Board of Electronics Engineering who gave the licensure examinations are Engr. Alnar L. Detalla, Chairman, Engr. Enrico Claro R. Delmoro and Engr. Herminio J. Orbe, members.

RELEASE OF RESULTS
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the target release of ECE board exam results is on Friday, April 11, 2025.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: TBA
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date of the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
COVERAGE OF EXAMS
The two-day exam covered the following subjects: Mathematics (20%), Electronics engineering (30%), General engineering and applied sciences (GEAS) (20%) and Electronics systems and technologies (EST) (30%).
PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the October 2024 Electronics Engineer board exam, PRC released results in three (3) working days. A total of 1,126 out of 1,591 passed the exams. Patrick John Gabuna Santisidad from University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman led the passers with 91.90%.
In the April 2024 Electronics Engineer board exam, PRC also released results in 3 working days. A total of 1,330 out of 3,130 passed the exams. Niele Shem Geronimo Bañas from Technological University of the Philippines (TUP)-Visayas topped the board with 91.80%.
In the October 2023 Electronics Engineer board exam, results were announced in 3 working days. PRC named 842 out of 2,524 who passed the exams. Angelo Cabalu Jacobo from Bulacan State University (BulSU)-Malolos topped the board with 89.80%.
