MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the complete results, including the list of top performing schools and performance of schools in the April 2025 Real Estate Broker board exam.
Exam results are expected to be released on Thursday, April 24, 2025, or within two (2) working days after the exam.
PRC administered the licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban on April 22, 2025.

Meanwhile, here's the performance of schools in the April 2025 Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation."

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the April 2024 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Exams, Information and Communication Technology Academy topped the schools with 94.83% or 55 out of 58 passed. University of Cebu ranked second with 80.95% or 68 out of 84 passed.
In the April 2023 and 2022 Real Estate Broker board exams, none of the schools qualified for the top performing schools list.
In the June 2019 Real Estate Broker board exams, University of Mindanao - Davao City topped the board with 92.31% or 12 out of 13 passed. Trinity University of Asia followed with 86.67% or 13 out of 15 passed.
The Real Estate broker board exams in June 2018 was postponed per PRC Resolution No. 1108, series of 2018. The 2020-2021 licensure exams were also cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Meanwhile, PRC did not release list of top performing schools in the December 2017 Real Estate Broker exams.
