MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Electrical Engineering (EE) are expected to release results of April 2025 Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) board exam on April 30, 2025, or within three (3) working days after the exam. The complete list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools are available here as announced online.
PRC conducted the REE licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on April 23 and 24, 2025.
The Registered Master Electrician Licensure Examination (RMELE) was also administered in the same test locations (except Calapan) on April 25, 2025.

RELEASE OF RESULTS
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the target release of results for the recent Electrical Engineer board exam is on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, or within three (3) working days after the series of exams.
Note that results may be released ahead or on later date without prior notice.
REGISTRATION OF PASSERS
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: TBA
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
As advised, successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examinations WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
COVERAGE OF EXAM
The REE board exam covered the following subjects: mathematics, engineering sciences and allied subjects (April 23) and electrical engineering professional subjects (April 24).
The passing general weighted average rating is seventy percent (70%) with no grade below fifty percent (50%) in any subject.
PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the August 2024 Electrical Engineer Licensure Exam, PRC released results in just two (2) working days. A total of 1,655 out of 3,058 hurdled the tests.
In the April 2024 Electrical Engineer Licensure Exam, PRC announced results in three (3) working days. A total of 4,436 out of 7,005 successfully passed the exams.
In the September 2023 Electrical Engineer Licensure Exam, PRC released results in four (4) working days after the last day of examinations. A total of 1,218 out of 3,945 successfully passed the REE while 800 out of 1,490 passed the RME board exams.
In the April 2023 Electrical Engineer Licensure Exam, PRC announced results in 3 working days after the last day of exam. A total of 3,339 out of 5,771 passed the REE exams while 986 out of 2,336 passed the RME licensure exams.
