MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the April 2025 Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) board exams is available here as released on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, or within three (3) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the highest placers of April 23 and 24, 2025 electrical engineer board exam, which was conducted in various testing centers nationwide: Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

In the August 2024 Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination, Christopher Regino Brodith Maranga from Cebu Institute of Technology-University (CIT-U) topped the board with 93.20%. Tomas Cabauatan Casauay Jr. from Cagayan State University - Tuguegarao ranked second with 92.60%.
In the April 2024 Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination, Raymond Omboy Geoman from Cebu Institute of Technology - University aced the board with 95.00%. Mark Angelo Alba Oppus from Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP)-Main Sta. Mesa came in second with 94.40%.
In the September 2023 Electrical Engineer Licensure Exam, Timothy Regienald Rongavilla Zepeda from University of the Philippines - Los Baños (UPLB) clinched the highest spot with 90.95%. Prince Ian Francisco Cruz from Technological University of the Philippines (TUP)-Manila ranked second with 90.65%.
In the April 2023 Electrical Engineer board exams, Christian Dave Lozano Guevarra from Rizal Technological University topped the board with 93.25%. Troy Fellone Mazaredo from PUP-Sto. Tomas came in second spot with 92.35%.
In the September 2022 electrical engineering board exam, Felipe Acol Jimenez Jr. from Eastern Samar State University - Borongan clinched the highest spot with 94.10%. King Joshua Duldulao Arzadon from Saint Louis University came in second place with 90.95%.
