MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will announce soon the top performing schools and complete performance of schools in the April 2025 Electronics Engineer (ECE) board exam.
PRC administered the first Electronics Engineering licensure exam this year in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on April 2 and 3, 2025.
The agency also conducted Electronics Technicians (ECT) board exam on April 4.

RELEASE OF RESULTS
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the target release of ECE board exam results is on Friday, April 11, 2025.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the October 2024 Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination (ECELE), Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila topped the schools with 88.57% or 31 out of 35 passed. University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman ranked second with 84.38% or 27 out of 32 passed.
In the April 2024, October 2023, April 2023, April 2022 and October 2022 Electronics Engineer board exam, UP-Diliman was the lone top performing school, 90.91% (50 out of 55), 96.67% (29 out of 30), 87.50% ( 35 out of 40 passed), 85.71% (36 out of 42 passed) and 88.64% (39 out of 44 passed), respectively.
In the October 2021 ECE board exam, none of the schools qualified for the top performing list.
In the October 2019 ECE board exam, UP-Diliman topped the schools with 97.30% or 72 out of 74 passed. Holy Angel University (HAU) followed with 80% or 56 out of 70 passed.
